Display Brush Parameters when using Keyboard Shortcuts

When changing the brush opacity or brush flow parameters via keyboard shortcuts, there is no feedback at all what the current brush parameter values are.

Why do you not temporarily display the brush parameter panel that is displayed when adjusting brush parameters via the mouse (+right-click +modifier key)?
