processed photos are darkr than in Captureone 21

When I process my photos to full res jpgs with the  SRGB V2.1 IIC profile, the jpgs are always darker than what I see in Captureone.

  What viewer are you seeing the Output (jpeg) in.. 
  
  try to see the output file in Capture One also
  
  Most windows viewers don't really work
