IDP.Generic Infection of Plugin Architecture

Just updated to the latest C1 install and Avast caught IDP.Generic in the plugin loader. I marked it as a false positive to begin with and C1 crashed and it's executable was deleted in the process.

So, I removed all files, redownloaded the installer, and installed C1 again. Same problem. Only this time, I quarantined the infected file. Now C1 runs fine, but plugins do not load.

Please adivse.

  How up to date is your Avast program?

  Have you already run a search to see what the internet has to say about such an identification?

  Of course, I've been through updating and checking if anyone else has had the issue.
