Canon 6D for version 21

I was recommended this program by a industry professional. I have a canon 6D and just purchased the 1 month subscription to the latest version (21).Said my camera would be compatible but not too sure seeing that  It wont even detect any of my files on my computer. I Only shoot CR2 raw files and nothing wont let me create a new session. I can select a folder then none of my images appear... Please tell me this is fixable or i need an older version? I really like to use this program.

  The 6D is supported.

  What if you hold down option/alt when you launch Capture One, will that let you create a new session?

  When you have created a session, you can either paste/move images in your capture folder, import them or simply navigate to your image folder through your library tab > system folders. 

  You did purchase the Capture One Pro subscription, right? You can always reach out to support and they can check your personal details.
