RAF does not work allways

Hi, there is one, only one RAF (from thousends) which is shown in C1-21 sometimes ok, sometimes not; then it may be shown the small JPG inside the RAF, pixel are seen only. It is worked out, some clouds are set over cranes with clone, a little complicate... (C1-12 or -13) But it is only one, allways the same RAF out of the camera. So it may be not shown correct first, then copied and it works, or as before not (no rule). Refresh the preview-pic does not help. Moving the lens setting, no.

What works, I just found when writing this: if cmd-R is used to a wrong pic, it is refreshed to the original RAF out of camera. Then copy the settings from the good pic to it, it is OK. But I would like to know the problem.

It was taken with X-E3, 4.000 x 6.000 px, Zoom 18 - 55/ 18

Is it known? What could be a better way to help allways.
