X-Rite profile any better supported ?

I searched (as best I could) and found a thread dated last May.  There was a feature request that direct support be added and the consensus was that it is very difficult to get a good profile for X-Rite products using Capture One and that Lumariver is necessary.

Since last May, has there been any improvement ?

I see that B&H bundles X-Rite products with Capture One...  This makes me hope there has been some improvement  :^)

Is there any product easier to use with Capture One ?
I don't want to buy cards until I am confident they will work.

  The problem has never been with "supporting"X-Rite profiles but with the quality of the profiles themselves. They were mostly broken and not at all precise and although they did improve that (a bit) it's still far from perfect or professionally usable.
