Since switching to an R5 I have noticed that when I set guides in Live view that they are in a different location in the captured image. At first I thought it had to do with the built in Image Stabilization in the body which I turned off but it is still happening, has anyone else encountered this with other mirrorless cameras or with the R5 specifically?

  Live view doesn't support lens corrections, so it may be you are seeing the feed without distortion correction. You can check by turning distortion to 0 in Capture One and comparing the live view with that.
