Getting "Trial Expires in 30 days" message

Had trouble with C1 20 crashing so I followed a recommendation and deactivated the software, followed the advice and reinstalled the program, only it was the trial.  It came with a key, which I input.  But now I'm getting the trial will expire message and it won't allow me to put in my valid key.  When I check my account it says I have 2 more activations but no way to activate this software.

  Elissa,

  Have you tried a deactivation of the Trial and then a restart of C1?

  Are you really discussing V20 rather than V21?  

  There is no difference in the download software between a Trial License and any other type of license downloaded for a specific version. The functionality available is managed by the activation key used. In the case of a Trial activation, the time limit is also set.

  If you have installed V21 your V20 license will not activate it. You still have the possibility to download V20 again.
