Capture One for Fujifilm heavy purple fringing on RAW but not on jpg

hallo, I looked online for a simila issue but I didn't find any definitive answer.

Basically on some pictures, for example branches on sky background, there is an heavy and very evident purple fringing which is not there on the same shot in jpg (I always shot raw and jpg).

Defringing functions does not work, it seems the exported image will not have the fringing but it is pretty annoying, on the small preview on the side roll is even worse.

Any clue?

  You will only see the result of the purple fringing adjustment properly if you zoom in to 100%. It isn't reflected in the preview. (The same goes for a few other things such as noise reduction.)

  OK, I will try later.

  But, how come it is not present it the jpg shot of the same exact image?

  Presumably the camera itself applies some correction to the raw data when it creates the in-camera JPG.
