    Rick,

    If you want the C1 Support Team to take a look at the log files to see if they can identify where your problem may be, you need to create a support case using the appropriate option in the "Submit a request" tool (see the top line of this forum page) and use the facility to package and send the log files thatC1 creates.

    You should get an email with a reference number in return as a starting point for any discussion required.
