CaptureOne stops working once I import RAF files

I've reinstalled the CaptureOne Fujufilm version several times now as everytime I imported a RAF file from my XT-3, the program stops working. If I select a RAF file, it shows a weird zoomed/croped image and then the program no longer works (doesn't crash) but can properly close or do anything.

I'm using an Asus zenbook and Windows 10.

  Reinstalling the software does very seldom solve issues since it is either the session or catalog, the raw file, or a program setting that gets stuck.

  Try with another catalog or session, another raw file (maybe download one from dpreview.com) to iron out possible causes.

  I also tried new catalog, new session, deleting all catalogs, same issue. As soon as Capture one tries to create the Previews of RAF files it stop working. I tried several files, last time just importing 2 files, one jpeg and 1 RAF to check if it was a memory issue. Same happened.
