Approximately 80,000 images offline
I have been working with the help desk @ Capture One who have been very helpful but I fear my incompetence has dampened any enthusiasm for further meaningful participation. I have over 80,000 images offline which I need to access. I think it would help if a professional could "access" my computer as Apple has done in the past. I live in a small town in NZ and I'm probably the only person using Capture One.
It has been suggested I can access my images one by one but in doing this I seem to have located the "catalog" rather than the individual photo (see attachment).
I just feel there has to be a reasonably simple way to fix this issue and I'm hoping someone might be kind enough to point me in the right direction.
