Why don't all setting default with a new session?
I work in n environment where many different photographers will use the same system over time. Some of these photographers are more knowledgeable about capture one than others. The problem is when the ones who are knowledgeable customize the program. Examples would be changing the sub folder path in Output Location or the Format of the Naming Output. What is annoying is that when you start a new session the customization comes with it. When this occurs and the next photographer to use the system is knowledgeable they are just annoyed and take the time to change the settings. If they are not knowledgeable they can't locate their images and IT has to get involved. Either situation takes time and disrupts the work flow. Is there a way to set the program so that when you start a new session EVERYTHING goes to default settings? This would include overlay and other settings. We are currently running over 15 systems.

I agree.
It open the previous catalogue / session, that I can't change another catalogue.
I don't prefer to use same catalogue (as a session) for all pictures. Though it direct to press OPTION key to change or create new catalogue. It is about same file system with FNCP, however it not act like FNCP, which can open either library file when start the software.
I guess this is same issue with your opinion / suggestion.
* I cannot open catalogue by choose / select on M1
