Capture One Pro 20 freezes

I have windows 10. When I work with my pictures about 20 minutes, suddenly CO stop working. I can move its buttons and nothing happens. I have to close the program. When I try to open it again I get message:  Another instance of Capture one is already running. I click it away and start again, same message can come 2 or 3 times, when I close them away I can open Capture One and go on working. Does anybody know what can  cause this, jouni

  I think you may need to take a look at the log files to get some idea about what may be happening at the time.

  From your description, it sounds like C1 is attempting an operation that is either going very slowly or that it cannot complete but also does not want to abort.

  I think only the log files or Windows 10 performance monitoring can provide guidance about the problem as a starting point for the full diagnosis.
