Hello, the last time I purchase Capture Pro 20 I made a monthly payment,

this time it is asking me to Buy for the total price of $449.00 in fact what is happening here did you person change the roles. I cannot afford if the role has changed

then I will no longer use the program. I will like to hear from you regarding this.

  This forum is where users discuss the development of scripts for Capture One, nothing to do with licenses or sales.

  This forum is rarely visited by Capture One technical people, and I guess never Capture One sales people.

  Did you login to your account to be able to see that price for an upgrade?

  Was your monthly payment for a Subscription or for a "Perpetual license"? 

   

  I, like Eric,  also suggest Submitting a request to the Capture One team but the questions above may be useful for you to check since we are approaching a weekend and you may not get a reply until next week.

  Victor, also be aware that there are now many versions of CaptureOne.  The enterprise version is quite expensive, price and support and features are suitable for a small business. There is a standard version which is equivalent to the most expensive version of Capture One 12,  this is less expensive than the enterprise version and what many are using this.

  I note that you are tring to purchase Capture One 20, but I think the only version now available is Capture One 21. Once you have a license for Capture One 21, you may use that license to also run any older version of Capture One.

  Hi Victor,

  I took another look and checked the new prices rather than the upgrade costs. I don't see $ prices but I think what I do see are my local currency equivalents.

  I think the option to obtain a perpetual license using a monkthly payment for 12 months method is no longer offered. 

  So for a perpetual license you have to pay the whole amount. Or take a Monthly subscription.

   

  HOWEVER,  the options lists include both "with Style paks" and "without Style packs".

  $449 may be the "With Style packs" price? If so check for the without style packs price (unless you also want the style packs and do not already have them.)

  If you already have V20 the upgrade to V21 should be considerably less than the full price  - more in line with the Subscription pricing. 

  If you only have V12 or earlier I am not sure whether the upgrade price would remain the same and I have no way to find out.

  Be aware that if you choose the subscription option to obtain monthly payments your existing Perpetual License will be cancelled (according to the FAQ entries concerning licensing in the Community pages).  You may not want that to happen.
