Cannot Develop Image _A8A2215.CR3

C1 Version 14.1.1.24

Windows 10 Home Version 2004 OS Build 19041.985

Camera Canon R6

Looks like C1 won't process R6 images with layers (6). Without layers the files process as they should. Is this normal? or am I missing something? Searched Google and didn't find an answer.
