Process Recipes / Export file size limit
Please add the ability in Exports (& Process Recipes) to create images not-to-exceed a user-specified limit.
This would be immensely helpful when exporting a batch of images for web use or for certain photojournalistic purposes where images must fall within a particular size range.
For example: I am current working on a Squarespace project and need to export a number of images with maximum file size of 20mb. Using the tools in C1-21, I cannot specify the desired output file size and expect C1 to adjust accordingly. So, I end up with some number of images that are below the limit and some number of images above the limit. I don't want to post significantly-undersized images (pixel count or quality), so I have to go through the images one-by-one and make adjustments in order to get output below 20mb. Also note that estimated File Size within Process Summary is very inaccurate (and doesn't seem to refresh when I make changes to the Process Recipe), so that's not helpful. Even if it was, that would still mean I have to process one image at a time.
Thanks.
PS: it might also be nice to have an option to specify minimums as well as maximums. Some sites I work with want mages of approximately a certain pixel count on the longest edge. A flexible tool that allowed Min / Exact / Max specs for file size and pixel counts would be really nice.

I have the same issue with several print-on-demand sites that I'm using. Each one has different maximum size limitations (20MB, 25MB, 50MB etc).
So I have created tenths of export recipes with different jpg compression and after that, I have to check to find which file is closer to my requirement to delete the rest.
Extremely time-consuming. Please create a recipe that will create a jpg with size less but close to a prefixed value
