    Steve,

    Being mainly a User to User forum I doubt you will get a reply here.

    You could try using the "Submit a request" function and picking a suitable target type for your question. Something sales-related is more likely to get a department that may be in a position to respond in some way more quickly than presenting the question to a technical support centre.

     

     

    Edit to add:

    The description also mentions a support function with a response within 24hours.

    However the outline of the scheme talks about "up to 18%" and my guess would be that such a number might be closer to reality at the 15 user level rather than the 2 or 3 user level since the starting point is for 2 users.
