Capture One 12.1.5 and Big Sur Tether Issues

Hi, Ever since I updated my MacBook Pro to Big Sur, I am having trouble getting with Capture One 12.1.5 and my Fujifilm XT-3 which is on the latest firmware.

When I connect the camera to my MacBook, Capture One will initially recognize the camera and the lens, but it always loses connection after a couple of photos and stop transferring the images. When this happens, Capture One will still recognize the camera, but it doesn't show the lens information and it shows a dead battery warning. I have attached a photo.

I have never had this issue before and it also seems that other people are reporting similar issues. I have tried multiple quality cables and I have 2 XT3's. The connection setting is set to Tether Auto, which is what I have always used.

Has anyone experienced this?

Any luck finding a fix?
