Tether Problems. Capture One Pro 12.

Hello all, hoping someone might be able to help.

I'm increasingly experiencing problems when starting a new project and then intermittently during shoots.

I use the following equipment/software;

- Canon 5D MarkIV (tried two bodies)

- Macbook Pro 2018 (Big Sur)

- Capture One Pro 12

- USB3 to USBC Tethertools Cable (4.6m)

When launching a new project. I'll take a series of test shots and previews on Capture are pixalised. If I drag the file into Photoshop it is full quality. Ill then have to do a series of troubleshooting. Reboot camera, Capture One, laptop. Create new project names. Swap bodies. Use different ports. The list goes on. After some time, it suddenly works with no specific solution. It almost differs each time.

Then during shoots, connection can drop out and I have to reboot Capture One to allow recording images to download onto the project album.

Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.
