toolbar back

I have lost my toolbar, the one that lies above the picture when first install CO pro with crop and other , , 

I went to: View > Customise toolbar it existed there, I couldn't move it back to place where it was. I pushed button:  restore default set, then it disappeared even there. 

Can anybody help. Can I create toolbar with same tools above the picture, I have tried with no succe, jouni

    What I mean is called: cursor tools, sometimes they disappear, how to get back them, jouni
