Capture One Pro Build 14.3.0 can't open catalog created in build 14.1.0.74

Upgraded Capture One Pro build 14.3.0 says it cannot open the catalog created in build 14.1.0.74.

How can I migrate the old catalogs to the build 14.3.0?

Choosed to install the 14.3.0 upgrade in English, the 14.1.0 was installed in Swedish. Could that be a problem?

  You could try installing the intermediate version 14.2 from here: https://www.captureone.com/en/account/download/previous

  This should allow you to move from 14.1 to 14.2.  After that the move to 14.3 should be straightforward.

  So far so good, the catalog from previous biuld opens - but export doesn't work. All pictures looks like a background structure in MS Office from 2010.

  This has happened now and then since version 13 or 14, and in latest versions of Capture One many exports failed at first export - but re-exporting worked. 

  Not anymore - all exports fails.  

  Sigh....
