Where is the Support ?
First, I have been very supportive of your product in spite of having to purchase a new license after being sold a perpetual license in the first place. Now it’s been 2 days and no reply to my request for tech support. This is ridiculous.

The members of this forum are just your fellow users. I assume you did submit a support request using the Submit a Request link at the top right of this page?
Why did you have to buy a new license? What version did you have before?

Hi Ian, I owned the Nikon 20v with a perpetual license. Then v21 came out and was told that if I wanted the latest update I needed to put purchase a new license, as the term perpetual only applied to minor updates and not the latest version. This didn't sit well with me, but I upgraded anyway.
Yes I submitted a tech ticket, but no response to date.

Do you really think two days is too long? Especially as one of those days was probably a Sunday...
