Copy all C1 settings, customizations to another PC
I shoot and tethered from a Laptop in studio. I have edited a lot using the laptop and have the Laptop's Capture One settings, customizations, menu, sessions settings, behaviours, Edit-withs... all fine tuned on the Laptop version.
Is there a way I can export all these C1 customization settings to my PC..? I'd hate to replicate them all manually.

Don,
Cut and paste your post's title into the search box a little above it to the right and see what comes back from the knowledge base articles.
At the top of the left-hand column in the results, you should find an article that offers a good starting point.
There may still be some further questions later which may or may not be covered in other articles. The community can pick up on those specifics if and when the time arises.

Thanks. Hoping I found it by copying C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\CaptureOne to the new PC location. There is also a folder there called ...\Local\"Capture_One" not sure I should touch that one.

That's a user config file(s) location. Probably best left alone BUT be aware that a few things related to dynamic settings are found in the config files and may need to be independently established machine by machine.
Likewise, things that used Windows controls - for example, information about which installed applications are registered for working with which file types and, therefore, might be available via the "plug-ins" route - may vary from machine to machine.
But in general, what you have copied over (per user name) will cover most of the requirements. Likely about 98%.
That said, once copied each machine starts a life of its own. There is no automatic synchronization of new or revised settings between systems. Something to be aware of if moving from one machine to another starts to make things look a little strange.

Thank you. Good info. Will remember to manually migrate anything new I manage to create on either platform.

I use the
C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\CaptureOne
routine to copy and save to a Google Drive folder as a backup on the Cloud (and external drives) just in case.
The only thing to watch out for is that if your laptop and desktop PC's are slightly different you need to save separate Workspaces e.g. my laptop does not have a numeric keypad on its keyboard so I change the color tag keys to fit. I have a separate dual monitor workspace for my desktop as well. I saved my amended Workspaces to take account of the recent v21 Export functionality
