Update from CO22 Fuji to CO22 "all"

Hi,
I recently bought the Capture One Pro 22 for Fujifilm.
Now I'm considering switching to Sony.
1. Is there an upgrade from CO22 Fuji to CO22 "all"?
2. Is it possible that my Fuji license will also work for Sony with the latest update, since only "CO22 all” has been offered for a few days anyway?
I hope someone can help me and thank you in advance...

  1. Yes, and I think it might possibly be for free for you, but need to wait until April?
