Switching from Windows to Mac

Hi Everyone! I'm currently using a PC and am getting a new iMac with an M1 chip. Will I be able to open my current Capture 1 sessions that I created on my PC on the iMac?

I remember having read or heard in a webinar that sessions and catalogs can be opened on Mac and Windows interchangebly, without any conversion or alike.
