Pictures in C1 v.21 do not become sharp after importing - no editing possible

i have really serious troubles with my C1 v.21.

I can upload pictures to C1 via catalogue or in a session but after importing all pictures, my C1 does not load them to display them sharp. So it´s not possible to edit anything. In the browser the pictures look ok, as they are pretty small. In the big editing-mode, when i see a picture for editing it, it shows me the picture very unsharp, it looks as the sharpness is not loaded by C1. When i say via right-mouse-klick to load the preview pictures again, it looks as C1 hangs up and the activity does not end. The only way to stop this process is a hard programm exit via the task manager.

I use win10, a 15" Lenovo Laptop with 32GB RAM and a GF GTX1650 and i have a UHD screen. I connected the laptop with a 34" UHD screen for better view.

I already deinstalled C1 and installed it again, i deactivated the OpenCL already but all without sucess. I´m really unsatisfied as i decided to switch from the old-school LR6.4... but i never thought that C1 would stop me this way...

WWW and google did not help me so far, so hopefully some C1 experts are hiere... Anyone had similar issues in the past or someone from C1 Team can please help me with this? C1 was a bit too expensive for a non-usage... :-(

Did you already try to disable OpenCL? Set it to never for both options. If this helps you can try to switch one of the options back and check which one causes the issue.

What resolution are you using for the Preview files on your 34" screen and what resolution does the screen support?

At what distance are you sitting from the screen?
