In After Import cannot chose Erase Images after Copying

I liked the Lightroom's feature to chose between "copy" and "move", with the latter equal to "Erase After Copy". For some reason the After Import options cannot be selected.

  Pretty sure the "Erase Images After Copying" only works when importing from a card (SD etc).
  Where are you importing from?
