5 hours of edits lost upon C1 closure

Hi,

I've been doing edits in a catalogue of about 1500 images. I'd been backing up catalogue regularly. After exporting all images and closing the catalogue, upon reopening all edits are gone. Opening backed up catalogue also shows no edits preserved. What gives?! Is there a way to get lost edits back?

This is Capture One Pro for Sony, version 10.2, build 10.2.0.74
