14.3.1 VERY slow

I've just updated to 14.3.1 and the sliders take 2-3 seconds to react to my changes and my laptop fan is spinning 100% non-stop. this was not the case with 14.3.0. I'm using a max spec 2019 16inch Macbook Pro on the latest OS.

  Yup, same, there are many threads on here about general slowness with version 14 in general.  I'd suggest you file a support request to add your voice to the chorus.

  This thread is more than 1 year ago (can't tell exactly when) and you mentioned Capture One  22 (14.3.1, possibly others) had issues "on the latest OS" which I presume was a version of macOS Monterey, but I'm not entirely sure which macOS version you are refereing to.
  
  I am looking to upgrade to the latest version of macOS Monterey (or 12.3.x +) and would appreciate hearing back from you both in regard to what version of macOS Monterey you were running and if/how you resolved the slow Capture One 21 respone issues.
