Corrupted Files with export of pictures with new version 21... for PC Microsoft

I cannot properly export anymore my pictures to my pc. The picures end up as grey multicolor pictures with multiple lines. Any help.  

Works properly with old versions..

  Kill HW accelerator. Go to /Edit/Preferences/General/, then look for "Hardware Acceleration". Change "Auto" to "Never" for both proceses.
