    You can check in your C1 account if the 2 installations are really deactivated. Under Manage Licenses you'll find the Activation History, free up licenses as necessary.

    I note that you are posting here in the C1 V20 section of the forum.

    Is your License for V20 or have you already updated to V21?

    If you now have V21 a previous V20 license activation key will no longer work - you would need to use the V21 key even if activating V20.

    If none of these suggestions, or those from A.V. above, are applicable to your problem I think we may need to know the exact steps you have taken and the failure messages you are seeing in order to offer other suggestions.

    Capture One - this seems to be a common problem many people are having. The process seems to be flawed. Please help find a solution, as we need to use the software!

    If you want to address Capture One directly you probably need to use the "Submit a request" option at the top of this page.
