about uppgrade

I have licence for Capture One pro 20, what I undertand I can upgrade it to v21. I jumped over the last update about one year ago. Now question is, when v22 comes, can I upgrade to it from v20, or must I buy the whole licence again?

Before it was possible to jump over one yearly upgrade and was then possible to upgrade . So after 2 years was not must to buy new version of the program, how is this policy now? jouni

  Jouni,

  You would need to ask Capture One.

  Whether they now have a policy of making marketing policy public in advance of a new version announcement I do not know. I would doubt it. It would be unusual in the modern era. 

  Quite possibly no decision has yet been made and they will suggest moving to a subscription as that would mean the question would no longer need to be asked.

  Thank You SFA. It looks I should write a letter to them, they have no email adress or phone number. 

  When I see what they offer to me, there is upgrade also from version 7 to 21. That should mean we can jump over one yearly upgrade. Last upgrade gave so little, I didn't take it. During the year has come more feathers, don't know if they are good or not..

  BTW, I have many small troubles with v20. It freezes after 15-20 minutes, I must close it and open again. I have 32GB RAM.and many others. jouni
