Multiple File Export didn't work prober

I try to export 1264 cr3-raw files (Canon R5).
When I start the export I get a message that not all files can process.
The first round about 500 pics will not export. Capture one say the file is not a raw-file BUT I try to export only of of the  500 pic not process images it works fine.
The file are OK. I open the file in photoshop, LR etc.
This only happen if I export multiple files at once.

I´m using an Apple Mini M1.

  I open the same session under 13.3 and it works fine.
