Default cropping always applied to images

Looks like C1 will always crop in if any non zero value is set on the Distortion slider.
So it will correct for distortion and then just crop in with the biggest rectangle (in original aspect ratio) it can without including any empty pixel areas.

Sometimes you can regain a bit of image back in one dimension by setting the Crop tool to Unconstrained and manually expanding the crop in the less distorted dimension (you need to have the Hide Distorted Areas box unchecked in the Lens Profile tool).

If you want the crop to include those empty areas you need to check the Crop Outside Image box in the Crop tool and then drag the crop handles manually. You also need to have the Hide Distorted Areas box unchecked in the Lens Profile tool so you can actually see those areas.

The only problem with that YT video is that it presents C1 as a special case when in
fact all programs will try to crop in to delete the empty areas that distortion correction will always make.
