Hardware acceleration doesn't work properly in M1 Mac mini
Hardware acceleration doesn't work properly in M1 Mac mini w/ 4K monitor.
When I turn on both sub-option('display', and 'processing') of Hardware acceleration in preference, the adjustment of photo is really laggy. But when I just turn off Hardware acceleration on 'display', same job is much smoother.
On the other hand, when I turn off just 'processing' of Hardware acceleration, export process of photos really slows down.
So I just turn on 'processing' of Hardware acceleration, not 'display'.
What's the problem for C1's hardware acceleration?

I have the same problem on my M1 Mac Mini. I‘ve sent a request to the C1 support team 2 month ago and the request is still open. The only solution would be the switch to Adobe LR or Affinity Photo. Both are working fine on my Mac.

Hi Both
My M1 Mac mini has no trouble driving 2 x1920*1200 displays and Capture One perfectly satisfactorily. However Capture One makes a great deal of use of the graphics card for computation and having seen a lot of comment on the web about poor performance with 4k displays I have the feeling that the basic M1 is using most of its graphics capability to drive the screen, leaving very little for Capture One.
Happy for anyone to tell me I am wrong. 🤔
