Wrong dimensions or crop after exporting?

Hi Guys

One of my customers got issues with my photos and says they are alle different sizes when they have to upload on their webshop. 

It doesn't make sense to me cause they are all exported in crop 3x4. That's for sure. 

Can anybody help about this issue? 

Attached are my process recipe.

  3 by 4 is only a relation. If your crops are different in size, then the resulting pixel size is 75% of the crop you draw with the crop tool. Change the size of the crop and observe this:

  

   

  Try Scale "Long edge - never upscale" in the recipe instead.
