Can't deactivate Capture one 21 on a mac.

When the deactivate window appears there is no list of activations or computers it was licensed to. I assume because there is no listing I then can't deactivate 21 so i can use the upgrade license. What to do?

  Sign into your Capture One account. I forget exactly where, but there's a licensing section that will show the activation history for your license(s). At that point, just deactivate the computer(s) you want.
