When trying to enter my profile — Capture1 doesn't find it, and don't recognize my registration code.

I'm having the same problem. I bought a new Mac Mini and merged everything from the laptop to the Mini. It's not recognizing the key.

I had to open a request (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and they solved the issue. Now I can log in.
@Veronica: have you deactivated Capture One on your Mac Mini? You might want to check under your Licence Management. (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003992017-How-do-I-deactivate-my-Capture-One-trial-)
