Canon Eos R3, Cr3 file does not appear
Just purchased my canon eos r3 and the raw files can't be "shot". Only the jpeg one works. Is there any way this can be solved?
It just says "Could not insert capture (name).cr3 into collection"

And no, all CR3 files aren't the same.

Got mine also on 26.11 here in Germany. I was pure luck, as I didn't pre order one. I think the first batch is already sold out.
At the moment I stick with Adobe, as they have support for the R3 already. Hopefully, we see in the next weeks support from capture one also. DXO didn't have also support for the R3. So lets hope and wait. :)

Support for new models of Capture one is always slow, so it's a problem. I hope that it will support RAW before the new model is released.
