Please help: Capture One previewer is desaturated compared to exported images
I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past four hours to no avail. Can someone please explain why my C1 appears to be desaturated in comparison to the images that exported from it? I use a Windows 10 and never had this problem with lightroom. Proof recipe is enabled as Selected recipe and I am exporting using sRGB. Colors are wayyy different and I can't justify using C1 or recommending it if I am unable to resolve this issue. Here are some examples of what the differences in color

It seems to be the case that because the Windows photo viewer is not colour-managed, it often renders images with different colours from Capture One. Windows users often recommend IrfanView to get a better idea of the true colours. It is worth looking at your output jpgs in Capture One itself to determine whether they look the same as the adjusted raws (they should). If they do, the problem is with the apps you are using to look at them. If they look different though, the problem is in the output files themselves.
Can you provide a screenshot of your Export Recipe settings? What colour space are you using? (sRGB, Adobe RGB, etc?)

It's interesting that two different viewers (Windows Photos and Image Glass) give you roughly the same color rendition/saturation... it leads me to believe that the issue is with the output file itself, i.e., in particular the process recipe being used.
I opened a few images in Windows Photos here and compared them against my C1 previews and the colour/saturation is absolutely identical.
If it helps at all, my JPEG export recipe uses the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 ICC profile.
One thing you could try - run a test by creating a new JPEG export recipe using the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 ICC profile, export a few images and see what you get in the Windows Photos viewer. If the colors look correct, then your previous export recipe may have become corrupted somehow (this happened to me once in the past).
