Session Backup - User Guide

Please add information about backing up of Sessions to the User Guide.
There is a section on backing up a Catalog, but nothing for Sessions.
At a minimum at least advise that it needs to be taken care of via the user's normal system backup routine.
But it would be very helpful if there was some information about where to find the relevant data, such as the cosessiondb file and CaptureOne subfolders, and point out the necessity or otherwise of the Cache and Settings(nnn) subfolders, plus any other info I'm not aware of.

This would save so many users so much time after firstly searching the User Guide and ending up puzzled when finding nothing, then searching forums and video tutorials, and probably also save Capture One Support staff answering a lot of questions?
Although (I think?) I have found the answers, it would be more reassuring knowing the information was from a reliable source with the relevant technical expertise.
