Upgrade 11 to 22

Hello,

I would like to know which versions back will be able to get an upgrade pricing. I am currently still on 11.

Will there be an upgrade-pricing from version 11 to 22 – and if so, what the price will be if currently available?

  Stephan,

  This forum is mainly a User to User facility so the main users have no inside infomration that would help you.

  If you log in to your account and select the License Upgrade option the system will show you what options are available to you and what they would cost. Any available deals would normally show here.

  There were some special offers around a few weeks ago and I think the "early adopter" update for V20 to V22 (No V21 use) maybe included V12 but I am not sure about V11. 

  Personally I would not expect any special offer prices for 4 version upgrade. I would think that would be a very rare event in the software industry. Currently I can only think of one developer that seems to be producing new releases over multiple years without seeming to increase the license cost or the version number.

  All of that being said, the only people who can tell you would be the Capture One marketing team. Historically this sort of information has not been something that has been shared ahead of any official announcements. So I think you may need to wait and see what is available.

  If you really want to ask them, use the "Submit a request" feature if the Community page and direct the question to the Sales and Market Support channel and then see what happens.
