Color Issues w/ COP21
Hiya,
did the following..worked with an image (red clothes on green gras, nothing overly saturated, etc.) and:
i) did switch on "Proof" in COP21 with AdobeRGB profile - pictures (proof/unproof) look alike as every color in gammut
ii) did open it up via COP21 in Photoshop (with AdobeRGB profile) and see extremly (over-)saturized red&greens now.
Why this now? Any idea? I'm stucked.
Same if I export my image as TIFF/PSD/etc and reopen in PS/LR...?
Thx, Martin

Don't know what you exactly did in ii)
But if you export an image to a file in C1 then make sure your export recipe contains the correct ICC profile. Proofing in C1 is only changing the appearance in C1 viewer, not in the exported file.

Thx for reply...
I think I did everything considering a propoer color management...
I used "edit in Photoshop", selecting Adobe RGB as the profile space as well as "open with", both from within COP21; alternatively I exported the file as ".psd" selecting a proper recipe, containing AdobeRGB...
Same effect, red/greens much more saturated, visibly different renderings...
Any idea?
Thx, M.

"Open with" will send / pass the original raw file to PS, no processing involved, no color management involved here either, so if you see unexpected colors in PS I guess it is a PS (setting) issue. Do you see the same when opening the raw file directly with PS?
