    Are you talking about their actual support channel or answers on this forum?
    Answers on this forum will often be from other users like you or me; people with no connection to Capture One and no customer satisfaction training. 

    (moderating a forum properly is a lot of work, which is why many vendors/brands don't offer one at all. Unfriendly behaviour on your forum can reflect badly on your brand, even when it's not your support staff doing it.)
