Man mag von Capture One begeistert sein.
Steht eine Frage oder Problem an, beginnt es einem derart zu ärgern, dass man sich ernsthaft überlegt, die Software vom Rechner zu schmeissen.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wo bleibt da die Kundenorientierung.

Ich werde den Eindruck nicht los: «Kunde stört».

  Are you talking about their actual support channel or answers on this forum?
  Answers on this forum will often be from other users like you or me; people with no connection to Capture One and no customer satisfaction training. 

  (moderating a forum properly is a lot of work, which is why many vendors/brands don't offer one at all. Unfriendly behaviour on your forum can reflect badly on your brand, even when it's not your support staff doing it.)
