Hi I have a problem with the license, I bought the capture one this year. Before I put the license code and I had no problems, but format the computer install it again and now it does not let me put the same code. and on the page he asks me to update and pay again, I don't understand why.

  Go to your online account and make sure C1 is deactivated there.
  Then try to activate C1 again on your computer.

  If that does not work you will have to contact C1 via their request form to get it sorted out.

  Perhaps you're trying to activate/install version 22 with a version 21 license?
