Est il possible de rentrer en contact avec le service commercial ou clientèle.
Je souhaiterai savoir s'ils ont procéder au débit de ma carte bancaire pour l'achat d'un abonnement annuel sans mon consentement.

I have a subscription and am currently working on C1 version 21
I downloaded 22 and tried to activate this version with my 'License key'
this doesn't work ;-)
any idea what is wrong ?
