I highly doubt it.
Capture One bases its feature request decisions on popularity (real or perceived), and Ricoh cameras are pretty much the definition of "niche" - big sellers they ain't.
Not a judgement or a criticism of your choice of camera, it's just a fact that this is - quite rightly - how Capture One operates:
I will forward your request to our Camera Team, they consider every request and then prioritize the most requested camera models to speed up support.

your are probably right, unfortunately. on the other hand, the GR series has a loyal fanbase. Many of us using the GR along with other systems. All my other cameras are supported (my fujis, leica q and even my GR III).
Very unhappy , that my GR III is supported and my GR III x (which has the same sensor) not. But anyway, got your point.

Although I am right there with you in hoping official support is added as soon as possible, I have also found a bit of a workaround that has done the trick for me in the meantime: modifying the GRIIIx EXIF data to reflect that the image was taken on a GRIII (not 'X') seems to resolve all of the issues that I was having in editing the unsupported raw files.
I usually use a command line tool called "exiftool" and will modify the DNGs, import them into C1, then upon export modify the JPEG output files back to reflect that the image was taken on the GRIIIx.
Its definitely a pain - really hoping that official support is added at some point.
