Why doesn't image capture work?

I'm using a Nikon Z9 and C1 22. Software recognizes the camera, allows image capture, then the error code pops up. I've tried on different computers, all with the same results. I tried using a new catalog, new collection, still the same result. What's going on here?

  There are OS-specific Capture One 22 forums - surely a better place to post than a forum about the forum...
