Healing Brush not working after export

I heal an area out of my image and when I export it shows up again.  There are posts about this happening in earlier versions from the past.  So is this a resurgence of an old issue or a new glitch in in Cap 22?

  Same here. Healing Brush works fine...but after exporting sometimes, not always, but annoyingly often, my work is ignored...the work of the healing brush does not show up in the exported images.
